2. Accounts & Access
Each user is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. Staff and parents must access only assigned students.
3. Acceptable Conduct
Do not share or misuse student data.
Do not upload harmful, offensive, or unrelated content.
Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
4. Content Ownership
Lesson structure, progress tracking, and interface design are proprietary to Al-Hayat. Users retain ownership of their own notes and learning inputs.
5. Service Updates
We may update features or policies to improve the learning experience. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.

All sessions are conducted online via video call, allowing you to learn from anywhere. Sessions are 1-on-1 with your dedicated teacher, scheduled at times that work for you.
Yes! Parents get access to a dedicated dashboard showing real-time progress, completed surahs, tajweed milestones, streak data, and teacher feedback. You'll also receive notifications for achievements.
No long-term contracts are required. You can learn at your own pace and cancel anytime. However, we recommend at least 3 months for meaningful progress and habit formation.
We want every student to have the best experience. If you're not a good match with your teacher, simply let us know and we'll reassign you to another qualified teacher within 24 hours.
